World Tuberculosis Day is held on March 24 each year and is an opportunity to raise awareness about the burden of tuberculosis (TB) worldwide and the status of TB prevention and control efforts.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) “End TB Strategy”, 2015 is a critical year for action. WAidid, as many other organizations, gives its support through the words of its President Prof. Susanna Esposito.
